Sullivan Center restoration receives award

Harboe Architects' exterior restoration of the Sullivan Center, formerly Carson Pirie Scott Department Store, in Chicago has been honored with the 2011 Victorian Society in America's Preservation Award! The award includes Harboe Architects' restoration of the terracotta facades, reconstruction of the cornice, and cast iron storefronts restoration on the Sullivan designed State Street building, as well as the restoration of the facades of the Haskell, Barker, and Atwater Buildings on Wabash Avenue.
